K2 Designer for SharePoint - Configure Workflow Step
The K2 Designer for SharePoint allows the configured workflow step to be edited. Selecting the Configure Workflow Step option will open the following wizard screen:

The User Task wizard screen specifies a unique identifiable Name for the step as well as a specific instruction for the workflow step. After configuring the step information the Workflow Step Outcomes screen will be displayed. After configuring the Outcome Detail, the User Form wizard screen will be displayed:

The User Form wizard screen is used to specify which SharePoint Columns or predefined Data Fields will be displayed on the Workflow Step Form. After configuring the User Form information the Participants wizard screen will be displayed.
