K2 Process Portals - Worklists

Administrator rights on the K2 Server are required to be able to manage worklists |
The Worklist view displays all the available worklist items that are currently available for all destination users of the K2 processes associated with the process portal.

What it is |
| Delegate |
Allows a work item to be allocated to a different user for processing. The delegator can determine which actions the delegate can perform. The work item will appear in both the delegator and delegate's My Worklist. The first user to select the work item will process the item. |
| Redirect |
This feature allows a user to send the selected work item to a specific workflow participant to process. The work item will be removed from the current user's My Worklist and will appear in the selected user's My Worklist. |
| Release |
If a worklist item has been opened by a user and that user has not completed the worklist item, the worklist item can be Released from the user and become Available to other destination users. |

Click on View and select Refresh to reload the Worklist items |
