K2 Process Portals - Error Profiles

The Error Profiles node allows a manager to create new error profiles. An Error Profile is an error log filter view.

Create an Error Profile

To create a new error profile click on Actions and select Create.

In the properties section of the error profile creation dialogue screen enter a name for the new error profile, select the processes to form part of the profile, and configure the beginning and ending dates to be used by the profile. Then select the required error types at Process Level , Activity Level, and Event Level. Once the profile is configured, click OK.

Delete an Error Profile

To delete an error profile, tick the error profile, click on Actions and select Delete

Edit an Error Profile

To edit an error profile, select the Error Profile in the Error Profiles list on the left, then click on Settings and select Edit Profile.

Error Log

If an error has been fixed, the user can Retry the instance by selecting the instance, then clicking on Actions and selecting Retry.

The user can Refresh the Error Log by clicking on View and selecting Refresh.
