K2 Designer for SharePoint - Edit List Item
The Edit List Item wizard is used to automatically edit a list item as part of the Workflows. Click and drag this wizard in the designated area on the design canvas to start the wizard.
From K2 4.6.4, configuring this wizard will also include preserving metadata for columns that is not selected to be updated.
Metadata that will be preserved will typically be the columns:
- Modified By
- Modified Date

| Feature | What it is |

| List item identifier | Select the list item that should be updated automatically as part of the Workflows. |
| Content type | Displays the list of content types available. Select a content type. |
| Update | Check this box if the column is to be updated. If the checkbox is not checked, the specific column will not be updated. |
| Name | Displays the name of the column to be updated. |
| Value | Specify the value with which the column should be updated. |
