The Set Data Fields wizard configures the Data Fields of the specified step automatically as part of the Workflow. The Context Browser is used to create business logic by expanding the relevant menus and dragging values onto the Value text box. Content sensitive menus will be displayed that will guide the Workflow of creating dynamic logic for the business Workflow.

Feature | What it is | How to use it |

Search | Type text to search for a specific Data Field. This is especially useful when having lots of Data Fields | Type text |
Show: All Fields/Required Fields | All Fields can be displayed or only those Data Fields that are marked as required | Select the required option |
Sort | Data Fields can be sorted according to the column headings Update and Name | Click on the heading to sort either ascending or descending |
Update | Indicates whether the Data Field should be updated | Tick the box if the Data Field should be updated |
Value | The value with which the Data Field should be updated | Provide a value by typing text, dragging and dropping a field from the Context Browser or selecting a value from the data type |
