Escalation Rules Wizard - Message Body
The Message Body wizard screen is used to compose the e-mail that will be sent as part of the escalation notification. The user page supports compiling an e-mail in both plain text and HTML. The difference between the two options is that a Plain Text e-mail is formatted and presented to the reader in the system default format. The HTML format allows the document to be formatted using a variety of fonts, Bold type face, etc.
