Additional support

  • Visit the Nintex DocGen for Salesforce Forum to ask questions, search for content generated by users and technical experts, or connect with other users.

  • Try searching for your issue using the Nintex Assistant. The Nintex Assistant can be accessed by clicking the Nintex Assistant button inside of Nintex DocGen or by visiting the Nintex Assistant homepage.

Grant account login access to Nintex Support

If you need help resolving a problem with queries or other issues with Nintex DocGen, you can grant account access to allow Nintex Support the ability to log into your Salesforce Org to resolve your issues. This is a hassle-free feature allows you to avoid sharing your Salesforce credentials.

  1. From Nintex Admin, click Grant Login Access.
  2. On the Grant Account Login Access screen, select an Access Duration for Nintex Support.
