Features and Editions

There are two different editions of Nintex Drawloop DocGen. Each edition has different features.

Standard Edition

Standard Edition comes with the basic features included for Nintex Drawloop DocGen.

Enterprise Edition

Enterprise Edition comes with everything the Standard Edition does, plus the additional features listed below:

Purchase Nintex Drawloop DocGen

You start out with a 30-day free trial edition. Trial editions include Enterprise Edition features and five user licenses.

  1. Navigate to the App Launcher by selecting the in the upper left corner and select Nintex DocGen.
  2. Select the DocGen Admin tab.
  1. In the upper right, in License, click Purchase Nintex DocGen.
  2. In Billing Details, type your contact information. The email address you use here is where the purchase request will be sent.

  3. In Subscription Details, select an edition.

  4. In User Licenses, type a value.

  5. Click Submit.

See how many days remain in your trial

  1. Navigate to the App Launcher by selecting the in the upper left corner and select Nintex DocGen.
  2. Select the DocGen Admin tab.
  1. In the upper right, in License, you can see the following information:

    • Days left in your trial period

    • Users granted a license

    • Licenses remaining for your organization

Modify your edition

You can upgrade to Enterprise Edition or add user licenses. To purchase an add-on product, please contact Sales.

  1. Navigate to the App Launcher by selecting the in the upper left corner and select Nintex DocGen.
  2. Select the DocGen Admin tab.
  1. In the upper right, in License, click Upgrade or Add Users.

  2. In Contact Details, type your contact information. The email address you use here is where the purchase request will be sent.

  3. In Subscription Details, select Enterprise Edition.

  4. In Additional User Licenses, type a value.

  5. Click Submit.

Load your edition into a sandbox org

  1. Navigate to the App Launcher by selecting the in the upper left corner and select Nintex DocGen.
  2. Select the DocGen Admin tab.
  1. Under Configuration, click Edition.

  2. Under Connect Production Edition, click Authorize Production Organization.

    Type your credentials if you are prompted.

  3. Click Save.

Note: Authorize Production Organization appears only if you are running the app in a sandbox organization.
