Box integration and management
Box integration enables you to store output files to Box. You integrate Box with Nintex Drawloop DocGen® for Salesforce after you install and configure the Box for Salesforce app.
Add Box to the app
Install and configure Box for Salesforce app, then configure integration with the app.
To add Box integration
Note: You must have a Box admin account with at least one Box user.

From the Force.com app menu, select Nintex DocGen, and then click DocGen Admin.
Tip: You can also select this from Lightning with the App Launcher.

Under Configuration, click Third-party Integrations.

From Add Service, select Box and then click Authorize.
A prompt appears for credentials.

Enter the credentials for the Box admin account and click Authorize.
Another prompt appears requesting permissions.

Click Grant access to Box.
A success message in the Integration Info dialog box confirms authorization.
Manage Box
You can change the authorization account or delete Box integration.
To edit Box integration

From the Force.com app menu, select Nintex DocGen, and then click DocGen Admin.
Tip: You can also select this from Lightning with the App Launcher.

Under Configuration, click Third-party Integrations.

Click edit for Box.

Click Reauthorize.

Enter the credentials for the Box admin account and click Authorize. Another prompt appears requesting permissions.

Click Grant access to Box. A success message confirms authorization.
To delete Box integration

From the Force.com app menu, select Nintex DocGen, and then click DocGen Admin.
Tip: You can also select this from Lightning with the App Launcher.

Under Configuration, click Third-party Integrations.

Click delete for Box. A prompt appears for confirmation.

Click OK. A success message confirms deletion.
Use Box
You can store copies of documents you deliver to Box using Store As on a Delivery Option. If you use Email delivery, you can use Box links. Box links allow you to store your output files to Boxand deliver a link to the same document on Box. Instead of sending the actual file through email, you send a link to the file on Box.
Tip: You can't access Box links from the DocGen Package Wizard.
To store files on Box

From the Force.com app menu, select Nintex DocGen, and then click DocGen Packages.
Tip: You can also select this from Lightning with the App Launcher.

In Delivery Options, click New Delivery Option. The Select Delivery Option Type screen appears.
- From Type of new record, select any of the following Delivery Options and click Continue.
Email
Download
Attach
Document Queue
LOOP
SMTP
HTTP Service

Fill out all required fields.

Under Attach Options, select Allow Document Storage or Require Document Storage. (Skip this step if you selected an Attach Delivery Option.)

From Store as, select Box.

Click Save. The Delivery Option Detail page appears.
- (Optional) From Storage Location, click [Change] to store the file in location different than the default location. The Delivery Option Edit page appears.
In Storage Folder, enter a folder name.
Tip: You can use a tag to have the DocGen Package dynamically generate a folder name. For example, you could enter <<Account_Name>> and the output file will be stored in a folder with the same name as the account.
To send a link to Box using Email delivery.

From the Force.com app menu, select Nintex DocGen, and then click DocGen Packages.
Tip: You can also select this from Lightning with the App Launcher.

In Delivery Options, click New Delivery Option. The Select Delivery Option Type screen appears.

From Type of new record, select Email Delivery Options and click Continue.

Fill out all required fields. Do not use Auto send. You can't use Box links with the Auto Send option.

Under Attach Options, select Allow Document Storage or Require Document Storage.

From Store as, select Box.

Check Use Box links.

Click Save. The Delivery Option Detail page appears.

In Email template, the email template you use must include a tag for the Box link.
- (Optional) From Storage Location, click [Change] to store the file in location different than the default location. The Delivery Option Edit page appears.
