User management
In the User management page, you can add new users and assign user roles. You can also edit and delete existing users in your workspace An instance of Nintex Insightcs that consists of dashboards for the data connections you have added on your Nintex platform, which specified users can access..
There are two user roles in Nintex Insights:
- Viewer: can access the Nintex Insights Home, Dashboard, and Settings > Personal access token pages, but cannot access the User management and Data connections pages.
- Administrator: can access all pages in the Nintex Insights workspace.

Access the User management page
- On the upper-right of your Nintex Insights workspace home page, click Settings.
The User management page is displayed by default.
Add, edit and remove workspace users
- On the upper-right of your Nintex Insights workspace home page, click Settings. The User management page is displayed by default.
- Click Add user. Additional fields display.
- In the Add user section:
- Type the First name of the user.
- Type the Last name of the user.
Type the Email address.
- From the Role drop-down, select the Viewer or Administrator role for the user.
- Click Add.
The user is added to the list of users on the page. The added user receives an email with a link to the Nintex Insights workspace.
- On the upper-right of your Nintex Insights workspace home page, click Settings. The User management page is displayed by default.

On the right of the row for the user you want to edit, click > Edit.
- Under Role, update the role selection as required.
- Click Update.
- On the upper-right of your Nintex Insights workspace home page, click Settings. The User management page is displayed by default.

On the right of the row for the user you want to edit, click > Delete.
- The Delete user dialog box appears. Click Delete.

Displays when you select the Add user or Edit option. Discards any edits made for a user. |
