User management

In the User management page, you can add new users and assign user roles. You can also edit and delete existing users in your workspace An instance of Nintex Insightcs that consists of dashboards for the data connections you have added on your Nintex platform, which specified users can access..

There are two user roles in Nintex Insights:

  • Viewer: can access the Nintex Insights Home, Dashboard, and Settings > Personal access token pages, but cannot access the User management and Data connections pages.
  • Administrator: can access all pages in the Nintex Insights workspace.

Access the User management page

  • On the upper-right of your Nintex Insights workspace home page, click Settings.
  • The User management page is displayed by default.
