Dashboards
Your dashboard displays widgets, which consists of data for your Nintex for SharePoint, Nintex for Office 365, and Nintex Automation Cloud platform capabilities.
Note: If you are SharePoint on-premises user and hold a subscription or perpetual license, you must opt in to see your latest workflow usage and inventory information. For more information, see the Nintex Insights topics in the Nintex for SharePoint help documentation.
Inventory dashboard
View the Inventory dashboard

On the upper-right of the Nintex Insights home page, click Insights.
The Inventory dashboard is displayed under Dashboards.
Refresh the dashboard
- To refresh the dashboard data after you load the dashboard page, click Refresh
Inventory dashboard widgets
You can view the following widgets Component of the Nintex Insights Dashboard interface, which displays information for specified data on your Nintex plaform. on the Inventory dashboard:
Export data for widgets
You can export the data shown in Asset data widgets as a CSV file.
- Click in top-right corner of the widget.
- Click Export CSV.
Note: The Export to CSV feature exports all data with no consideration to the filters or search results applied to the list of data
Access deep-dive workflow data
To access deep-dive workflow data for your Nintex platform capabilities, do one of the following:
- Click Workflows, Instances, or Actions from the side navigation menu.
- Click the More ... data links at the bottom-right of the widgets on the Inventory dashboard, for example, click the More workflow instance usage data link in the Workflow instance usage widget. .
Change your display language

Click on your user name in the Nintex Insights top right menu and select Language option from the drop-down menu.

Select the language you want Nintex Insights to display.
Note: Nintex Insights currently supports English, French, German, and Spanish.
Sign out
Click on your user name in the Nintex Insights top right menu and select Sign out from the drop-down menu.
