Create list item

Use the Create list item action A tool for building the processes, logic, and direction within workflows. Actions are the steps the workflow performs to complete a process. to create a new list item in a list within the current site.

Important: Due to Microsoft deprecating legacy authentication, the Create list item action will fail when run. Nintex advises using the Office 365 Create List Item or Document Set action instead.
