Instances

From the Instances page, you can:

View the list of job instance A replicable collection of instances designed for a specific purpose.s.
Select a job instance name to view the Job instance details page.

View Instances

To view the Instances page:

Select Dashboard from the top menu.
Select Instances from the left menu.

Job instance details

From the Job instance details page, you can:

View the job instance details.
View and download the Data results details for a work event.

View Job Instance Details

To view the Job Instance Details page:

Select Dashboard from the top menu.
Select Instances from the left menu.
Click a job instance name.

Data result details

A job must have completed for data results to be available.

The available data results will vary depending upon the data associated with the job instance.

View Data results details

To view the Data results details page:

Select Dashboard from the top menu.
Select Instances from the left menu.
Click an instance name.
Select the ellipses for a work event and select View data results.

Tip: You can download the data results from the Data results details page or select Download from the Data results preview ellipses menu from Data results preview.

Instances field and button descriptions

Field or button	Description
Name	Lists the job instance name. Click to view the Job Instance Details page.
Status	List the job run status.
Date created	Lists the job creation date.
Date completed	Lists the job run completion date.
Ellipses	Available options depend on the instance state: Completed or Canceled: No options (ellipses not available). Running: Pause the running job. Paused: Provides these options: Finish early: Immediately ends the instance and releases all bots for new instances. Cancel: Cancel the job and disengage all bots. Resume: Resume the job from where is was paused. Waiting for available bots...: Pause the waiting job.

	Date created	Lists the associated job creation date.
	Job instance events	Lists the job instance events status.
Work events	Id	Lists the job instance work event ID.
	Status	Lists the job instance work event status.
	Event time	Lists the job instance work event time.
	Message	Lists any relevant messages.
	Ellipses (For completed job)	Click to view or download the Data results details for a work event.
Data results preview		Displays any available preview for the job instance data results.
Data results preview	Ellipses (For completed job)	Click to view or download the Data results details for a work event.
