Settings
Botflow A file that stores the actions and variables designed to automate tasks. settings contain information and central settings used through the Botflow.
These centralized settings can be easily changed to alter the behavior of the entire Botflow.
Note: Settings are stored in the Botflow file making the Botflow portable. All settings remain with the Botflow even when moved to another workstation or run using a different user profile.
To work with Botflow Settings:
- Click Botflow in the Botflow Pane Used to manage a variety of project information such as credentials, variables, lists, and Excel connections..
- Click Settings in the Botflow Pane.
- Path: Displays the path to the Botflow file.
- ID: Displays the Botflow ID. Click the pencil icon to change the ID.
- Version: Displays the version number. Click to increase of decrease the version number.
- Culture Support: Click to enable.
- File: Displays a database file name if included in the Botflow.
- Click Privacy to display the Privacy Settings.
- Never save variable values: Click to enable clearing Botflow variable values just prior to save.
- Clear clipboard when botflow closes: Click to enable clearing the Windows clipboard when closing a Botflow.
- Click OK to save the changes.
The Settings window displays with the General Settings selected by default.
