Bookmarks
A Bookmark flags an action A feature that supplies the instructions in a botflow. that can be easily revisited at a later time. Bookmarks are useful when an action needs to be modified at a later time when more information about the action or Botflow A file that stores the actions and variables designed to automate tasks. becomes available.
Note: Bookmarks are only available in Expert Mode.
Create
a Bookmark
To create a Bookmark:
- Right-click the action to Bookmark.
- Click Bookmark in the context menu.
- The Bookmark icon displays next to the action.
- A Bookmarks category is created in the Botflow Pane Used to manage a variety of project information such as credentials, variables, lists, and Excel connections..
- The Bookmark is added to the Bookmarks category in the Botflow Pane.
Work with Bookmarks
To work with Bookmarks in the Botflow Pane:
- Click a Bookmark to navigate to that action's location in a Botflow.
- Use the directional keys to navigate through Bookmarks.
- Click Delete All to delete all Bookmarks from the Botflow.
