What is the Question Action?
The Question Action displays a question to the user and waits for an answer to be selected manually.
Creating a Question Action
Select the Question Action from the Actions list to display the Action Builder.
Enter the Question
() to be displayed. Using
the toolbar, text can be formatted, images can be inserted, and tokens
can be added.
Note: For more information about inserting images and tokens, read the Expression Builder article.
Select from the available preset Answers
(). If there is no preset
that meets your needs, check the Custom
checkbox (
) and enter the list
of custom answers separated by commas in the Custom
Answers field (
).
Specify the variable
() that will store the answer
selected by the user. For example, if Yes
and No are the answers made available
to the user and the user selects No,
the value of "No" will be stored in the variable.

Click the OK button to save the Action.
More Options
After the More
Options link ( in the image above) is clicked,
the following additional options are displayed:
The Default answer
field () allows you to specify
a default answer. The default answer is what is selected if the
user pressed the Enter key on
the keyboard while the Question is on the screen.
The Cancel answer
field () specifies the answer
to use if the user pressed the Esc
key on the keyboard, or if the user attempts to close the Question by
clicking the red 'X' close button on the top right corner of the Question
window.
Note: If a Cancel Answer is not specified, the user will be forced to select an answer before continuing.
