Training FAQ

It will have to be scheduled, but users will automatically be assigned as 'Trainees' and will be listed for that training unit under the Trainees tab.

The recurring training will not be scheduled automatically, it will become overdue. This is the same for the scenario of a training not being completed the first time, it will remain overdue.

Competencies is a separate configuration that you must enable under Admin > Training. Once enabled, you can edit the levels and see the menu item to create a competency unit.

If a training has already been started or partially completed, you're not able to delete the training only close the training. However, if you have a training / onboarding that hasn't been started yet, you are able to fully delete that record.
