Process Group Champion rights

Process Group Champions A user responsible for the maintenance and improvement of all processes within their area. are responsible for process improvement in a specific area of the organisation. Together with the Lead Process Champions A driving and coordinating force for process improvement across the organisation. Ideally a dedicated resource. They set process standards and expectations and use their expertise to support Process Group Champions., they deliver on the expectations set by the Exec Sponsor A senior leader responsible for promoting a process improvement culture in the organisation, communicating process vision on behalf of senior management and empowering Process Champions to deliver that vision.. This includes working with Process Owners A user responsible for ensuring the process is operating effectively, and continuously improving. Not necessarily a subject matter expert, but empowered with organisational authority to approve changes as needed. and Process Experts A user who performs day-to-day process management on behalf of the Process Owner. This role requires detailed understanding of the process. who are responsible for capturing, improving and deploying processes that are useful, helpful and easy to understand.

You can also delegate responsibilities for specific areas or regions. Primary Process Group Champions The main user responsible for the maintenance and improvement of all processes within their area. are responsible for the maintenance and improvement of all processes within their area. Regional Process Group Champions Additional users responsible for the maintenance and improvement of all processes within their area. They have the same editing rights as the Primary Process Group Champion. are additional users responsible for the maintenance and improvement of all processes within their area. Both Primary and Regional Process Group Champions have the same editing rights as the Process Group Champion.

Note: To enable or disable regional champions for your process groups, from the top-right menu select Admin > Configure > Dashboard and toggle the Enable regional champions for process groups option. When you then navigate to Admin > Manage Groups > Edit Process Group, you can select multiple users to add as Regional Champions. For each Regional Champion you must enter a Region (free text) which will appear as a differentiator next to their names. Regional Champions have the same editing rights as the Primary Champion, with the Primary Champion having the main responsibility for the maintenance and improvement of all processes within that area.

This is achieved by an ongoing effort called Governance A leadership structure – the people responsible for ensuring everything needed for process improvement is put in place. and Process Group Champions play a key role in this.
