My Incidents Dashboard
The My Incidents dashboard displays notifications when an incident requires attention or action for the incidents that you are involved in. The action you need to take will depend on the status of the incident and your involvement. Notifications are generated for the following actions:
- Assign an Incident Owner.
- Investigate the incident.
- Approve an action plan.
- Complete an action.
- Close the incident.
Who receives the My Incidents dashboard notifications?
- Improvement Portfolio Manager
- Custom Closing Owner
- Incident Owner
Note: Incident Owners will receive a view only notification for incidents they own that have in progress actions that are due or overdue. This makes it easier for them to follow up on the actions they are ultimately responsible for. This notification is triggered for the Incident Owner of an incident that has actions due between today's date and the next X number of days (configurable via the Admin > Improvements > Other Configurations > Default action due threshold in days (Default: 30) setting). This notification is not removed until all actions have been completed.
