My Todo Items tab
Todo notifications are generated whenever you enter @TODO in a process. They indicate a to do item for a user to fill out incomplete details. By default, process notes and decision links will automatically enter a @TODO tag when you create them if no content is added.
You will only see @TODO notifications that relate to processes you have created, or where they have been assigned to you. You can view all the @TODO tags on a process from the Todo tab in the Process attributes drop-down on the map view, or the highlighted Todo list footer in the edit view.
The My Todo Items tab displays the list of placeholders where you have entered the text "@TODO" in a process, allowing you to keep track of all your to do items.
Do the following to view Todo item details.
- On the main navigation bar, click My Dashboard > My Todo Items.
This list shows the exact text of the @TODO item, the process that your @TODO item is saved in, the step number (location), and when it was last modified.
To do items marked by other users do not appear in your My Todo Items page, but you can view to do items when editing a process by expanding the Todo tab in the Process attributes drop-down at the top right of the process Map and Procedure pages.
To delete the to do item, navigate to the process by clicking the process name on the My Todo Items page, find the section with the to do item and delete the @TODO text.
Do the following to assign a Todo item to a different user.
- Navigate to the process and expand the TODO LIST tab at the base of the process edit page.
- Click the Reassign icon next to the to do item.
- Type the user's name to search for the user, then select the user and click Save icon.
