My Feedback tab
The Feedback section of the dashboard shows improvement suggestions and feedback for processes that you are involved in.
Access the My Feedback tab
On the main navigation bar, click My Dashboard > My Feedback. Click Filter and select one of the following options from the right-side pane to filter the changes list, then click Apply:
- All
- Processes I'm in
- Processes I own
The Involvement column will give you an indication of why you have received the notification. Click the Mark all as seen if you want to acknowledge that you have seen the feedback from all the processes in this list.

Process feedback notifications are sent if:
- The process has not been archived.
- Feedback is posted or responded to within the dashboard threshold based on the Admin > Configure > Dashboard > Default Number of days to display notifications in the dashboard setting.
- A user is @mentioned in feedback.
- Feedback has not been marked as resolved or marked as seen.
The following table describes who gets notified.

The actions shown depend on your involvement with the process and your level of permissions.
If a response is required, you must click on the feedback link in the Feedback column, or click on the ellipsis button and select Respond to open the process' Feedback response panel.
Click the ellipsis button:

Select Mark as seen to acknowledge that you have seen the feedback and remove this item from your feedback list.

Select Respond to open the process' Feedback response panel. Complete your response in the text box provided.

If you want to close the feedback item, select the select the Mark as resolved check box, then click Submit. This closes the feedback/suggestion and clears it from the Process Owner and Process Expert’s dashboard.

If you want the feedback item to remain open for further responses deselect the Mark as resolved check box, then click Submit. You can select the Mark as seen option in your feedback list to remove the notification from your dashboard.
Note: If the Mark as resolved check box is not selected, the suggestion/feedback status remains classified as an unanswered suggestion/feedback for reporting purposes.
