next to a process group and then click Manage Stakeholders.

next to AUTOMATION SPECIALISTS.

Click the Add by User or Role/Responsibility field and select the required values from the list.

Click Save. The selected users are assigned the Automation Specialist role.

- Automated activities and tasks will display in orange color and have an AUTOMATED label in Orange color. When all tasks are automated the activity is automated and display in orange color on the process map.

Any activity with automated tasks will have an Automated system associated. This will display next to any other systems and roles, and also display in the swim lane on the process map.

In process Edit mode, on the left pane, click Automation to display all the workflows associated with the process. The title will display the number of workflows.

- If a workflow uses a start form, it will also be added to the activity or task.

You can edit start forms added as part of the workflows from the Document Library.

You can only edit the Search Tags, System Tags, Next Review Date, and Select Group fields of the start form.

You cannot delete a start form. Start forms are automatically deleted when the associated workflow is deleted.

- Hover on the activity and from the Convert Actions cog drop-down list, select Manual activity.
All tasks in the activity will be changed to manual and any associated document links are removed. The documents can still be accessed from the Document Library.
