Tags

An administrator role is required. For information, see User roles.

Use tags to manage and group workflows in your tenant. In the Tags page you can create, replace or delete tags.

For example, you might want to create a Salesforce tag to apply to all workflows which use Salesforce connections, so that you can filter your workflow list to only display Salesforce-related workflows.

You can apply tags to workflows when you Publish a workflow or in the Workflow list page.

Access the Tags page

On the top navigation bar, click Settings.
On the left, click Tags.

Use this setting to enable users with a designer or developer role to create tags.

Open the Tags page.
In Tag settings, set the Allow workflow designers and developers to create tags toggle to On.

Tags fields and selections

Section	Selection (or column or field)	Description
Tag Settings	Allow workflow designers to create tags	Used to control access for designers to create tags. When the toggle is set to: On: Workflow designers can create new tags from the Workflows page and Designer > Publish dialog box. For information, see the Cannot find a tag? section. Off: Workflow designers cannot create new tags.
Tags	Add new	Allows you to add a new tag.
	Tag name	Name of the tag, which will appear alongside the workflow name in the Workflow list page.
	Workflows	Number of workflows associated with the tag. Click the number of workflows for a tag to view the associated workflows in the Workflow list page.
	Created by	Displays the roles of the user that created the tag: Admin Designer
	(Options)	Lists the following selections: Edit: Click to display options to rename the tag and set a new tag color. Replace: Click to display option to replace a tag with another existing tag. Delete: Removes a tag from the list and all associated workflows.
