Workflow size

The maximum size for a workflow design is 25MB. The workflow design includes the Start event, all action configurations, form designs, and settings. If a workflow exceeds this limit, it cannot be tested, saved, or published.

The workflow size is displayed at the bottom of the workflow designer. This helps to monitor the size of the workflow as it's designed to ensure the maximum size is not exceeded. When the current workflow has approached the maximum size, a message is displayed when you attempt to test, save, or publish the workflow.
