SharePoint Online - Create a site
Use the SharePoint Online - Create a site action A tool for building the processes, logic, and direction within workflows. to create a site in the specified parent SharePoint Online site URL.

Configure the SharePoint Online - Create a site action
Important: Before inserting variables in the action configuration, you must manually type or select the values and populate other dependent fields in order to retrieve the output data. Once configured, you can insert variables to the required fields.

Add the action to the workflow and open the action configuration panel. For more information, see Add an action to the workflow.

Select a SharePoint Online Connection. If you do not have a connection, see Add a connection.
Note: Only the connections created with the Administration authentication method are available in the drop-down. For more information about authentication methods for SharePoint Online connections, see Authentication methods for SharePoint Online connections.

Type a Parent SharePoint site URL and click Retrieve site data.
Example:https://domain.sharepoint.com/sites/hr/
- Type a Site title for the site that you want to create.
Example: onboarding
- Type the URL path site name.
- Parent SharePoint site URL: https://domain.sharepoint.com/sites/hr/
- URL path site name: onboarding
- Your new site URL will be: https://domain.sharepoint.com/sites/hr/onboarding
- Select the desired Language.
- Select a Template for the site. You can also select any custom templates for the site.
- Select a Permission to set access permission for the site.
Note: If you select Use unique permissions for Permission, you must provide Site owners. Site owners should be a collection of usernames.
