The ServiceNow - Update a record action A tool for building the processes, logic, and direction within workflows. Actions are the steps the workflow performs to complete a process. updates attributes you specify for a record.
Configure the ServiceNow - Update a record action

Add the action to the workflow and open the action configuration panel. For more information, see Add an action to the workflow.

Select a Connection. If you do not have a connection, see Add a connection.
- Select the Table Name type to update.
- Type the Record System Id to update.
- Click Add fields to add inputs you want to update in the table. After you click Add fields:
- Select additional inputs from Fields.
- Click Add.
The new input fields appear in the configuration panel.

Add field |
Click Add field to view the additional inputs you can update in the table record. The input options available to add as fields are derived from the selected Table Name. Select inputs and then click Add to create the additional fields in the configuration panel. ![]()
