SendGrid - Delete a global suppression

Use the SendGrid - Delete a global suppression action A tool for building the processes, logic, and direction within workflows. Actions are the steps the workflow performs to complete a process. to remove an email address from the global suppression group. If an email address is listed in the global suppression group, SendGrid does not send messages to that recipient. An email address may be added to the suppression group for various reasons. For example a recipient chose to unsubscribe from the message list, or the recipient address does not exist on the destination mail server. When you delete an email address from the global suppression group, messages will be sent to that address.

Configure the SendGrid - Delete a global suppression action

  1. Add the action to the workflow and open the action configuration panel. For more information, see Add an action to the workflow.

  2. Select a Connection. If you do not have a connection, see Add a connection. See the SendGrid connector page for details on creating a SendGrid connector.
  3. Select the Email you want to remove from the Global Suppression Group in SendGrid.

Email

The email to remove from the global suppression list. When you specify the SendGrid connection, all the email addresses in the selected connection's Global Suppression Group are available to select from in the Email drop-down list. You can insert a variable in the Email field instead of selecting an email in the list. When the Workflow runs and reaches this action, the email you specified will be removed from the list.
