Microsoft OneDrive for Business - Share file link
Use the Microsoft OneDrive for Business - Share file link action A tool for building the processes, logic, and direction within workflows. Actions are the steps the workflow performs to complete a process. to retrieve and store the view and download links to a file from your Microsoft OneDrive for Business account.
You can store these links as variables that you can use throughout your workflow.
For example, you want to send someone a marketing brochure (PDF) that is saved in your Microsoft OneDrive for Business account. Due to file size of the brochure, you cannot send it via email. The Share file link action allows you to store view and download links variables for the brochure, which you insert into the body of an email.

Configure the Microsoft OneDrive for Business - Share file link action

Add the action to the workflow and open the action configuration panel. For more information, see Add an action to the workflow.
- Select a Connection. If you do not have a connection, see Add a connection.
- Type the Path to the file you want the links for. You can also browse the folder structure using the browse icon (
).
