Dropbox Business - Create a folder
The Dropbox Business - Create a folder action A tool for building the processes, logic, and direction within workflows. Actions are the steps the workflow performs to complete a process. creates a folder in the specified Dropbox Business account.
You can also store the folder ID as a variable and use it in other actions throughout your workflow.
For example, say you want to Create a folder for a new customer that is currently reviewing a contract. On completion, you want to move the signed document/contract to the created folder. To do this you must set the created folder ID variable as the destination in the 'Move a file' action to move the document to this folder.

Configure the Dropbox Business - Create a folder action

Add the action to the workflow and open the action configuration panel. For more information, see Add an action to the workflow.
- Select a Connection. If you do not have a connection, see Add a connection.
- Click the Dropbox Business - Create a folder action.
- Select a Member ID.
- Type the New path or click the browse icon (
) to browse the folder structure and select the path.
Note: A Connection and Member ID must be selected for the Path field to become configurable.

Caution: If a file/folder that's used in a workflow is moved, renamed, or deleted, any workflows that use that file/folder will not start or will fail. Make sure you keep the paths in your workflow configurations up to date.
