  1. Add the action to the workflow and open the action configuration panel. For more information, see Add an action to the workflow.

  1. Select a Connection. If you do not have a connection, see Add a connection.
  1. Specify the PDF File to add the watermark to.
  2. Specify the Watermark text.
  3. Specify the watermark font details.
  4. Create or select a variable for the output.

File

The PDF file that you want to add the watermark to.

Note: Your tenancy's default file storage location must be configured to hold files for later reference by the workflow. This location is used for uploaded files and for files stored as output from actions.

  Watermark text The text for the watermark. Text, Decimal, Integer, Boolean, DateTime, Collection
  Font name The font family name for the watermark text. The default is Times New Roman. Text, Decimal, Integer, Boolean, DateTime, Collection
  Font size The font size of the text, in points. The default is 150. Text, Decimal, Integer, Boolean, DateTime, Collection
  Font color The font color in hexadecimal or HTML color name. The default is Red. Text, Decimal, Integer, Boolean, DateTime, Collection
  Font transparency The font transparency between 0.0 (completely transparent) to 1.0 (fully opaque). The default is 0.5. Decimal, Integer
