ClickSend - Upload a media file

Use the ClickSend - Upload a media file action A tool for building the processes, logic, and direction within workflows. Actions are the steps the workflow performs to complete a process. to upload a graphics file to use when sending an MMS.

Note: All files will expire 10 minutes after being uploaded.

Use this action with the ClickSend - Send an MMS action.

Configure the ClickSend - Upload a media file action

  1. Add the action to the workflow and open the action configuration panel. For more information, see Add an action to the workflow.

  1. Select a Connection. If you do not have a connection, see Add a connection.
  2. Select the MMS option in Prepare file for.
  3. Drag and drop your image file variable into the Content field.
  4. Create or select a variable for the output.

Specifies the conversion to take place. That is, what the result should be compatible with and can be any of the following:

  • Fax

  • MMS

  • CSV

  • Post

  • Postcard

Currently only the MMS action is available to use in a workflow. See ClickSend - Send an MMS for more information.

The file that you want to upload to use with ClickSend. All files will expire 10 minutes after being uploaded.

Note: Your tenancy's default file storage location must be configured to hold files for later reference by the workflow. This location is used for uploaded files and for files stored as output from actions.

Stores the result of the action as an object. See ClickSend API for more details. The following values are returned:
