Select People and Group dialog box

This topic describes the selections available in the Select People and Group dialog box accessed when configuring related fields in workflow actions.

Section	Instructions
Internal Search	Find users and groups by entering a partial display name, email address, or user account name and then clicking Search.
External email address	Enter an external email address manually. Where possible, Nintex Workflow resolves the entry to an actual user account.
Lookup	Add dynamic references, such as approvers, variables, or list fields.
