Edit Workflow Constant Permissions dialog box

This topic describes the fields in the Edit Workflow Constant Permissions dialog box.

Field

Description
Everyone (Default value.) Allows all users to insert the selected workflow constant when designing workflows.
Specific users

Allows users specified under Users/Groups to insert the selected workflow constant when designing workflows.

Administrator for selected level (web, site collection, or site):

  • Server Farm administrators (user must be a SharePoint farm administrator; check is performed by SharePoint)

  • Site Collection administrators (user must be a SharePoint web administrator; check is performed by Nintex Workflow)

  • Team Site administrators (user must be a SharePoint site administrator; check is performed by SharePoint)Specific users)
