LazyApproval settings page (farm level)

This topic describes the selections available on the LazyApproval settings page accessed from Central Administration.

Field Description
Enable/Disable LazyApproval for the current server farm

Displays the following fields.

  • LazyApproval via email: When enabled, allows email responses to tasks.
  • Email alias: Email address to which email responses must be sent for LazyApproval processing.
  • Enable or disable LazyApproval via instant message: When enabled, allows responses to tasks using OCS or Lync conversations.

Edit the LazyApproval notification footer

Displays the Manage LazyApproval Footers page. See Manage LazyApproval Footers page.

(phrase link)

Displays the Edit LazyApproval Phrase page. See Edit LazyApproval Phrase page.

Create a new LazyApproval phrase for the current server farm

Displays the Add LazyApproval Phrase page. See Add LazyApproval Phrase page.

Create a phrase to ignore

Displays the Add LazyApproval Ignore Phrase page. See Add LazyApproval Ignore Phrase page.

Delete ()

Deletes the indicated ignored phrase.
