Configure Hawkeye beacon actions

Add and configure Nintex Hawkeye beacon workflow actions inside a workflow.

Follow these steps

1. Open an existing (published) workflow in the Nintex Workflow designer.

2. In the Actions toolbox, locate the following actions:

   Hawkeye - Beacon

   Hawkeye - Beginning Beacon

   Hawkeye - Ending Beacon

3. Drag the desired action onto a drop zone on the designer canvas.

4. Rename the action if desired: Double-click the action name to edit it.

5. Configure each action: Double-click the action and select Configure from the context menu.

   Available and required configuration settings vary by workflow action. For more information about configuring settings, refer to these topics.

   • Hawkeye - Beacon
   • Hawkeye - Beginning Beacon
   • Hawkeye - Ending Beacon

Configuration updates are immediately applied. As with any changes made in the Nintex workflow designer, configuration updates are retained for the duration of the browser session.

Note: Save your workflow before you close the browser. If the workflow is not saved or published, then changes are lost when you close the current session of the Nintex Workflow designer.
