This topic provides instructions for creating, managing, and scheduling site workflows, as well as viewing history for site workflows.
A site workflow is attached to the site rather than to a list or library.
Note: Some actions are specific to lists and libraries and not available for site workflows.
To create a site workflow
Click the settings icon () on the upper right, select Nintex Workflow, and then select Create site workflow under Nintex Workflow.

To manage site workflows
Click the settings icon () on the upper right and then select Nintex Workflow to display the Nintex Workflow for SharePoint 2016 page; under Nintex Workflow, click Workflow Inventory.

To view the site workflow history
Click the settings icon () on the upper right, select Nintex Workflow, and then select Workflow history under Nintex Workflow.

To schedule site workflows
Click the settings icon () on the upper right, select Nintex Workflow, and then select Schedule site workflows under Nintex Workflow.
