This topic describes the selections in the Set Title & Description dialog box that appears when creating reusable workflow templates.

| Title | Default title for new workflows created from this template. The default title appears in the Workflow Settings page for the workflow. See Workflow Settings dialog box. |
| Description | Default description for new workflows created from this template. The default description appears in the Workflow Settings page for the workflow. See Workflow Settings dialog box. |
| Content type |
Either limits the template to a specified content type or allows the template to be used with any content type (All). When a content type is specified, the template is restricted to that type and any child content types. Workflow action configuration for workflows created with the template is limited to fields associated with the specified content type. Best practice: To prevent lengthy content type evaluation when saving or publishing reusable workflow templates, avoid selecting All or Item. Instead, create a content type based on Item and then select the created content type when defining the reusable workflow template. |
