This topic describes context menus for actions, including context menus for branches and states within actions.
The context menu for an action on the designer canvas contains the following options.
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Configure | Opens the configuration settings dialog box for the action. |
| Add Branch | Adds a branch to the action. Available for the workflow action Run parallel actions. |
| Copy | Copies the action and its configuration settings for pasting to a drop zone on the design canvas. |

Disable |
Omits the action and any child actions when running the workflow; also hides the action from status views. When disabled, an action appears dimmed. Note: You can also disable an action using the ribbon in the configuration settings dialog box for the action: Click Common and then select the Disable check box. |
| Delete | Removes the action from the workflow. |
| Minimize / Maximize | Hides or shows children actions, branches, and states. (Only available for actions containing these items.) |
To access the context menu for a workflow action, click the arrow to the right of the action's top label.
Branches and states within an action may contain context menus with one or more of the following options.

|---|---|
| Delete branch | Deletes the branch. Available for branches within the workflow action Run parallel actions. |
| Insert branch to the left | Adds a branch to the left of the selected branch. Available for branches within the workflow action Run parallel actions. |
| Insert branch to the right | Adds a branch to the right of the selected branch. Available for branches within the workflow action Run parallel actions. |
| Move branch left | Moves the branch one position to the left. Available for branches or states within workflow actions containing branches, such as Assign Flexi task and State Machine. |
| Move branch right | Moves the branch one position to the right. Available for branches or states within workflow actions containing branches, such as Assign Flexi task and State Machine. |
