Import and export licenses

Applies to Nintex Workflow and Forms

As an administrator, the initial step after installing the product is to import your license. A license stores information about all servers in your organization.

To import a license

  1. On the SharePoint Central Administration Home page, click Nintex Administration.
  2. On the Nintex Administration page, click Licensing.
  3. On the licensing page, click the Import license file button.

  4. In the License file section, click the Browse button to locate the (.nlfx) license file. Once the license file has been located, click the Import button.

    The license ID, type, and expiry date appears in the license card details.

To export a license

  1. On the licensing page, click the Export license file button.

  2. Open or save the license file.
