This topic describes how to decrease usage for a subscription license.
If your organization is above its subscription usage entitlement, then you can delete unneeded workflows and forms. Export the workflows and forms first if you want to preserve them for later use.
If your organization remains above entitlements after deleting unneeded workflows and forms, then contact your administrator to increase your entitlements by upgrading your subscription license plan.
