Yammer remove account

Nintex external platform is required for this feature. For details, see Enable Nintex external platform features.

Removes a user account from the authorizing user's Yammer network.

The Yammer network is determined by the authorizing user's email domain. For example, if the authorizing user's email address is user@company.com, then the operation occurs on the company.com Yammer network.

Action settings

Following are the fields and options visible in the configuration settings dialog box for this action.

Field Description
Authorizing user

Specify an email address for the authorization request. External email addresses can be used.

Note: This workflow action requires authorization by the administrator of the Yammer network.

Existing user email

Specify the email address of an existing user account to be removed from the authorizing user's Yammer network.

Delete permanently

Specify whether or not to delete the account.

  • Enabled: Deletes the user account.
  • Disabled: Suspends the user account.

Note: This setting applies only when the user to be removed is in the same domain as the authorizing user.

Output

Store output for this action using the following selections.

  • Removal successful: Specify a Yes/No variable to store whether or not the removal was successful. Returns "Yes" if the account removal was successful. Returns "No" if the account does not exist.
