Removes a user account from the authorizing user's Yammer network.
The Yammer network is determined by the authorizing user's email domain. For example, if the authorizing user's email address is user@company.com, then the operation occurs on the company.com Yammer network.
Following are the fields and options visible in the configuration settings dialog box for this action.

Specify an email address for the authorization request. External email addresses can be used. ![]()
![]() If the authorization process is not completed, then the workflow suspends. This situation can occur in the following scenarios.
Note: This workflow action requires authorization by the administrator of the Yammer network. |
Existing user email |
Specify the email address of an existing user account to be removed from the authorizing user's Yammer network. |
Delete permanently |
Specify whether or not to delete the account.
Note: This setting applies only when the user to be removed is in the same domain as the authorizing user. |
