Exchange Online retrieve tasks

Retrieves tasks from Exchange Online.

Action settings

Following are the fields and options visible in the configuration settings dialog box for this action.

Section Field Description

(unlabeled)

Subject

Enter a search phrase for the subject line of the tasks. Tasks containing the entered phrase are returned. Leaving this field empty returns only those tasks without subject lines.

 

Ignore subject

Specify whether or not tasks should be returned regardless of subject.

 

Task occurring after

Return items occurring after this time.

 

Maximum results

Specify the maximum number of results to return; up to 100 items.

Credentials

Username

Specify the user account used to retrieve the tasks.

 

Password

Specify the user's password.

 

Exchange version

Specify the version of Exchange Online.

 

User to impersonate

Specify a user to impersonate. This allows an account with the appropriate permission to retrieve tasks from the user’s calendar.

Output

Store output for this action using the following selections.

  • Task ID: Specify a collection variable to store the task's ID.
  • Subject: Specify a collection variable to store the task's subject.
  • Message body: Specify a collection variable to store the item's details.
  • Start date: Specify a collection variable to store the task's start date.
  • Due date: Specify a collection variable to store the task's due date.
  • Date completed: Specify a collection variable to store the task's completed date.
  • Status: Specify a collection variable to store the task's status.
  • Priority: Specify a collection variable to store the task's priority.
  • % complete: Specify a collection variable to store the task's percentage completed.
  • Reminder set: Specify a Yes/No variable to store whether or not the task has a reminder set.
  • Reminder (minutes): Specify a collection variable to store the number of minutes the reminder is set for the task.
  • Reminder due by: Specify a collection variable to store when the task's reminder is due by.
  • Private: Specify a collection variable to store whether the task is private or not.
  • Categories: Specify a collection variable to store the task's category.
  • Owner: Specify a collection variable to store the task's owner.
  • Total work: Specify a collection variable to store the total work for the task.
  • Actual work: Specify a collection variable to store the actual work for the task.
  • Mileage: Specify a collection variable to store the mileage for the task.
  • Billing: Specify a collection variable to store the billing information for the task.
  • Companies: Specify a collection variable to store the companies for the task.
  • Result count: Specify a numeric variable to store the number of results.
