Add Workflow Report and Edit Workflow Report pages

This topic describes the selections on the Add Workflow Report and Edit Workflow Report pages accessed from Nintex Administration.

These pages contain the following selections.

Selection

Description
Title Title of workflow report.
Description Description of workflow report.
Role

User group selected for access to the workflow report. If no group is specified, then all users have access to the workflow report.
Definition XML

XML used to define workflow report; may contain the following selections.

  • Browse: Allows you to select a file containing the XML used to define the workflow report.
  • Upload new XML report definition: Displays the Browse button. The selected file is validated for an .xml file extension.

Enabled

When selected, allows use of this workflow report.

Delete

(Shown on Edit Workflow Report page only.) Deletes the selected report.
