Creates a site within a SharePoint Online site collection.
Note: Not compatible with SharePoint 2007.
Following are the fields and options visible in the configuration settings dialog box for this action.

Display on the Quick Launch of the parent site |
Specify whether a link to this site appears in the Quick Launch of the parent site. This action is not supported if Office 365 authentication mode is selected. |

Display on the top link bar of the parent site |
Specify whether a link to this site appears in the top link bar of the parent site. This action is not supported if Office 365 authentication mode is selected or the SharePoint parent site is inheriting top links. |

Use top link bar from the parent site |
Specify whether this site will have its own top link bar or use the one from its parent. |
