Configuring Citrix to work with Nintex RPA
Step 1: Configure Nintex Citrix Remote Controller
Step 2: Configure the Nintex RPA Studio and Robot on the client machines
Before you start

Make sure you have Citrix Workspace application installed on the client machines (Robot and Studio)

Make sure you have Administrator rights on the client machine in order to modify Windows Registry keys and register necessary libraries

Make sure you have .NET Desktop Runtime 3.1.13 installed on the Nintex RPA server.

Note that Citrix is supported only if you have administration access to the Citrix server.
Configure Nintex Citrix Remote Controller
Download and install Nintex-Citrix Remote Controller on the Citrix machine

Download the Nintex-Citrix Remote Controller and run it on the Citrix machine.
Note that the Nintex Citrix Remote controller is certified by Citrix.

Log-off and log back in to the machine in order for the Citrix Remote Controller to start working.

A dedicated tray icon will appear after login. You can right--click the Tray icon to stop or exit the Remote Controller.
Configure the Nintex RPA Studio and Robot on the client machines
If you have already installed Studio and Robot, proceed to the following procedure:
