Error Troubleshooting

Connection to CyberArk OS can be tricky, feel free to contact the Nintex RPA support team to assist in the configuration. If CyberArk account details are not entered correctly, several error messages may appear.

Error messages can be seen in several locations, including:

  • On the main Console Plus dashboard by Issues To Investigate.

  • On the Console Plus OS Credential Vault Settings.

  • Console Plus > Settings > OS: Manage

  • By selecting the credential with an error icon, the Vault Details opens with the error details.

  • On the Console Plus Robots dashboard.

Your username does not match the username in the CyberArk account, please enter a valid username.

Username not matching CyberArk username

Your domain does not match the domain in the CyberArk account, please enter a valid domain.

Your username does not match the username in the CyberArk account, please enter a valid username.

Username and domain not matching CyberArk account

The robot does not have permissions to run LogonExpert, please verify your account details.

Fails to login using credentials with LogonExpert

The network connection is lost, please contact your company administrator for help.

Communication failure
