Creating Triggers
To create a new trigger:

Go to Triggers > + New Trigger

Enter trigger name and priority (lowest, 1 - 9, highest)

The trigger will be identified by its name in Console Plus, so you should give it a name you can recognize.

Task priority determines the priority of execution by the Robots in the intended assigned queue

Select when the trigger initiates new tasks (trigger event)
Choose the type of trigger you want to create. Settings for the trigger type you have selected appear. For instructions for each type, see:

Microsoft Office 365 Sharepoint online isn't supported.

Select the relevant wizard to run by choosing from the wizard catalog.
The Nintex Catalog is created in Studio and contains published wizards available for your robot workforce to use.
Optional: Wizard variables
If you want the wizard to begin with specified values for certain variables each time it runs:

Click Wizard variables (advanced) to expand the section below.

Enter the name of the variable for which you would like to set a starting value
NOTE: The name entered here must exactly match the name of a variable in the selected wizard (not case-sensitive)

Enter the starting value for the variable

Assign the Trigger to Queue (See Robots, Queues, Tasks and Triggers smartly linked )

Set the Notifications (optional) if you want the system to send out notifications by email when task-related events occur. Notifications are sent from the email configured on the Notification Settings page. Make sure to specify the email address/es to which you'd like notifications to be sent from there.
Available notifications:

Task created
-
Task ended
-
Task started
-
Task stopped, paused, or resumed

Wizard error
You can add as many notifications as needed.

Click to Save and activate the trigger, or just to save.
