Opening Task Forms

This topic describes how to open task forms using the K2 Workspace for Android app. When you open a task from your Tasks and the task contains an associated form, the form loads in the Task Card Detail page. The form is displayed so you can complete it. Standard and workflow actions in the Actions Panel are available above the form.

  1. Select a task from the Tasks section. Note that some tasks may not have an associated form.
  2. If the task has an associated form, the form loads in the Task Card Detail.
  3. Action the task form via form options or use the Actions Panel to action the task.

    If there is no form associated to the task, the Task Card Detail displays a No Form message.
