Form - General Tab

The General tab contains information about the form and where the form is saved.

Feature	Description	How to use it
Name	The name of the form There may be restrictions in the characters you can use and the length of the name that you can specify. For more, see KB002544- Item Naming: Known Restrictions and Limitations	Type the name of the form
Description	The description of what the form is used for, for example to create new customer records	Type a brief description of the form
Category	The category where the form is to be saved	Select a category by clicking the ellipsis
