Remove User From Group

This content applies to legacy design tools (such as K2 Studio, K2 for Visual Studio, or the Silverlight-based K2 workflow design tool). What does it do?

The Remove User From Group event allows you to remove a user from a group in SharePoint .

How is it used?

A user may need to be removed from a group, for example, if they were given temporary access to a SharePoint site for the duration of a specific project, and the project has ended .

Select the group reference or browse to a group.

Use this option if a reference was created earlier in this workflow.

Select the reference from the drop down list.

Browse to a group

If the group does not have a reference, browse to the group using a SharePoint Site Collection. The Site Collection field is populated with the default Site Collection.

Choose a site collection from the available site collections that have the K2 for SharePoint app registered. If there is only one it is auto-selected.

If Browse to group was selected on the Specify Group page of the event, select the destination user group.
